The unique landscape with rolling hills offers unique views. From vineyards, sunflower fields, and open fields to the snow-capped peaks on the horizon of the Monte Sibillini mountain range.

The Location
Casal dei Fichi is a 25-minute drive from the Adriatic coast. In this rural, small-scale setting, our accommodation is located a 3-minute drive from Francavilla d’Ete, a medieval village with approx. 1,000 inhabitants, a small bar, supermarket, and bakery.
All apartments have their own spacious kitchen, a bedroom, and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. Waking up refreshed and letting the landscape sink in ensures a blissful start to the day.
Choose your vegetables from our vegetable garden, cool off in the swimming pool or under the pergola full of grapevines, and consciously listen to the silence. Take a bike ride or walk through the surroundings, take a trip to a wine tasting, olive tasting, or one of the many quality restaurants. Or simply enjoy a good conversation, nature, and your travel companions.
