From February 2026 we, Jeroen and Monique will be the proud owners of 'Casal dei Fichi'! We are pleased to have been able to take over the beautifully restored farmhouse with 6 comfortable, green and sustainable apartments, each with a one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and their own private garden, from the previous owners Bob and Ian.

Casal dei Fichi is centrally located in the rolling landscape of Le Marche, also known as 'the other Tuscany'. Casal dei Fichi is located near the medieval village of Francavilla d'Ete with 1,000 inhabitants and a beautiful church, Marty's bar and a small Conad supermarket. It is located in Le Marche in the province of Fermo in central Italy. Casal dei Fichi is located between the Adriatic beaches (25 minutes) and the impressive Sibillini mountains (35 minutes).

Do you want to relax in a quiet area with a beautiful view? In a carefully landscaped garden with a heated swimming pool of 15 by 5 meters (from April 2026 with a beach area!).
